We use the Antiqbook database and credit card processing system for our website. A very high level of security is achieved because once we click on your order, through a secure link, your credit card information is erased. No electronic record is kept in any database. You may search by title, author, book number, key word, or a combination. Author and title usually is the best combination. When placing an order please tell us your choice of shipping. In the U.S. UPS Ground, or Priority Mail, is $9.00 for the first book, and $6.00 for each additional book, or volume. If a book can safely fit in the USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope, we only will charge $5.00. However, we will not use these envelopes for books that should be insured, nor we will use them if we cannot pack them securely. Media Mail is $4.00 for the first book and $1.75 for each additional book, or volume. Customers Outside the U.S. Please Note: The U.S. Postal Service dramatically changed the types and rates of international shipping services on May 14, 2007. Surface mail no longer is available. There are three methods generally available: First Class (replacing surface as well as Air Letter Post with rates based on weight, package size and destination); Priority Mail Flat Rate ($11.00, $9.00 for Canada and Mexico), which replaces Global Priority Mail and requires the use of USPS-provided envelopes; and variable rate Priority Mail (replacing Air Parcel Post), with rates based on weight and destination. All the shipping costs are higher, some significantly. Larger books, and books that should be insured cannot be sent in the flat rate envelopes. Please contact us and we will provide you with costs specific to the book in which you have interest. Our listings are updated daily, but the numbers by the individual categories below are not.
